NOTE: Sifton does NOT offer a Brass 3/8″ NPT Straight “Downward” Petcock.

• Listing is for ONE (1) HI-FLOW Petcock constructed of high grade FORGED BRASS.
• Petcocks come POLISHED with a Chrome Plated Lever to look good for years to come.
• Works with pre-1975 Harley Models FL, FX, XL with 3/8″ NPT Petcock Bungs and most custom tanks with a 3/8″ NPT Bung.
• Male 3/8″ NPT thread.
• 3/8″ barb accepts 3/8″ ID hose (Some 5/16″ ID Hose will work as well.)
• “R” (Reserve), “ON” and “OFF” just like OEM.
• The built-in filter allows for extra protection against debris entering your fuel system while still providing maximum flow.
• Please make sure that you have at least 2-1/2″ from the bottom of the petcock bung and the nearest obstruction in your tank (Baffles etc).
• We also offer these Petcocks in Chrome as well as Female Internal 22mm thread for use with 1975 – 2006 models.

When referencing the Fuel Outlet Orientation: PLEASE READ

• If the Lever is in the “OFF” position and pointed at you, “ON” is to the left and “R” (Reserve) is to your right.
• “Left 90” means that the Fuel Outlet is facing the LEFT.
• “Right 90” means that the Fuel Outlet is facing the RIGHT.
• “Straight” or “Downward” means that the Fuel Outlet is facing DOWN towards the ground.

If your Petcock is on the LEFT SIDE of the tank:

• “Left 90” means that the Fuel Outlet is facing the FRONT of the bike.
• “Right 90” means that the Fuel Outlet is facing the REAR of the bike.

If your Petcock is on the RIGHT SIDE of the tank:

• “Left 90” means that the Fuel Outlet is facing the REAR of the bike.
• “Right 90” means that the Fuel Outlet is facing the FRONT of the bike.

• Body OD = 1-1/4″
• Thread = Internal Female 22MM

The Length from the bottom of the threads to the top of the filter is 2-1/2″ (Please check to make sure that this will fit in your tank.)
