The Vortex V3 Performance Chain and Sprocket Kits are designed to meet the needs or any motorcycle rider with their innovative V3 Chain Kits. Some riders are willing to trade the proven performance benefits found with a 520 conversion kit with aluminum rear sprocket and quicker acceleration for the long life of an OEM replacement style kit where other prefer to be right in the middle with the 520 kit with the laser cut steel rear sprocket that serves up the best balance of the two. No matter which rider you are Vortex makes it easy with a ready to install performance chain kit we are proud to offer.

  • All Vortex Performance Links chain kits are ready to install and require no chain cutting
  • Available with either a Vortex F5 Hardcoat rear aluminum sprocket or laser cut steel rear Vortex sprocket
  • Vortex Performance Links chains are made in Japan to the highest quality specifications in the industry
  • SV3 Series chains feature a dual pocket sealing system resulting in up to 7 times longer wear life compared to standard o-ring chains
  • RV3 Series chains feature a 3 pocket sealing system with up to 10 times the wear life of standard o-ring chains

    I bought the hfrs kit, and it’s great! Feels solid. Way more speed pick up coming out of the corners! Completely changes the feel of the bike for the better! Fairly easy install for your semi skilled do-it-yourself’er if you have the right tools. STGs install video helps alot!

    Performance, quality, and easy installation

    I put Vortex’s HFRA on my 2014 Yamaha R6 and love it. The quality of the product’s construction is undeniable, and the cut-to-length chain removed all the guesswork from installation; all you have to do is pull your old chain and sprockets off and pop the new ones on. It changed my bike’s performance exactly the way I wanted it to, as well: it made the power band a little more reachable, helping me accelerate faster out of corners than with the stock set up. If you’re looking to change the chain and sprockets on your bike, Vortex’s kits are the way to go.
